Stoneheads will contract to manage the construction of any of the projects for which it has offered planning and consultancy services as well as those which have been independently arranged so long as the appropriate authorisations have been secured. Clearly there are advantages in having the negotiations with planning authorities conducted by Stoneheads in order to ensure that the project is constructed in a manner which meets the expectations of the client and the local or national authority. By so doing we can ensure that there are no delays resulting from incomplete or ill-considered designs.
